Hi there I’ve been working at an animal rescue/kennel cleaner for a bit now and my body has been so sore, tight, and strained. I’m looking for any class or any advice that will help stretch my whole body, but with focus on my back, arms, shoulders, and legs. Thank you
I find when I’ve pushed my physical boundaries a little too far that yin classes are very helpful.
Sorry, late response but do check out Melissa Krieger’s Restorative or even Hatha yoga classes. They allow you to get into gentle deep stretches and really relax at the same time time.
