Yoga for Snapping Hip Syndrome?

Hey Yoga fam,
I’ve been struggling with inner hip pain for years. It comes and goes, but recently has been so bad that I’ve ruled out running/cycling all together. I’m trying to develop a quick routine that I can do before I (hopefully with a few weeks of rest) get back into running/cycling.

I’ll be doing the routine before and after any workout.

  1. 3x sun salutations with alternating spider press
  2. Lizard pose right
  3. Salutation
  4. Lizard pose left
  5. Salutation
  6. Pigeon right
  7. Quick down dog
  8. Pigeon left
  9. Salutation
  10. Deep hip open squat
  11. Twists
  12. supta baddha konasana

Anything I should add or change? Thanks!
