Hey Yoga fam,
I’ve been struggling with inner hip pain for years. It comes and goes, but recently has been so bad that I’ve ruled out running/cycling all together. I’m trying to develop a quick routine that I can do before I (hopefully with a few weeks of rest) get back into running/cycling.
I’ll be doing the routine before and after any workout.
- 3x sun salutations with alternating spider press
- Lizard pose right
- Salutation
- Lizard pose left
- Salutation
- Pigeon right
- Quick down dog
- Pigeon left
- Salutation
- Deep hip open squat
- Twists
- supta baddha konasana
