I have an injury that was diagnosed as greater trochanteric pain syndrome. Basically, I can do most moves that keep my feet and knees pointing forward. However, if I have to rotate my hip outward or turn my knees out, it’s very painful. So I can’t sit cross-legged or do pigeon, etc.
I try to do sun salutations most days, but I’m getting a bit bored. I miss my DYWM videos!
Can you recommend any routines or videos that might work?

Wow, that’s a tough injury to work with! It would be very difficult to know which classes don’t have a poses that turn the legs out. I wish I could help!
I suggest trying a few based on the descriptions, modifying and going back to the ones that worked the best?
