I stand a lot at work and my knees and shins are very sore at the end of the day. Which yoga class would be best for relieving that pain? Thanks!
Hi there. So many of our classes are good for the knees and shins. Are you looking for a beginner, intermediate or advanced class and what duration would you prefer?
I’m looking mostly for beginner classes, but some intermediate ones would be great too. The 20-50 minute range would be great. Thanks!
