Yoga immediately after weight lifting

Does anyone know if its good to do yoga immediately after weight lifting?

Absolutely! The body is warm so your muscles are very receptive to stretching right after lifting weights.

Well, if this give you an idea i love love love Crista real deal pigeon, Fiji yoga for athletes and i tend to do both your hip and ultimate shoulders in the same session. oh…and your cyclists one is awesome too so maybe that will let you know my abilities or level

Great, thanks. Crista tends to do full-body classes, so I’m sure you will love any of hers after a work out. Rachel also has a great library of effective classes. Does that give you enough to explore?
