Yoga in Second Trimester


I’m in my second trimester and wanted to know if there are other yoga categories that are recommended and safe for pregnancy? I’ve heard restorative added to the prenatal category but wanted any recommendations if possible. Thank you!

Hi @tara.hemp. There are likely many classes within the hatha, restorative and vinyasa categories that would also be ok in the 2nd trimester, but you would need to know how to modify poses that aren’t appropriate for you. Do we need more prenatal classes? :slight_smile:
