When I was working I’d travel to China 4 to 5 times a year. And I actually lived there continually for 2 years.
I would often see classes of people doing Tai Chi in the early morning. I would also be in Hong Kong a lot and there it was really popular.
So when I saw Gabriel Shaw offering Tai Chi classes I was ecstatic!
I do an everyday yoga practice and so I just tagged his Basics and Grasp Bird’s Tail class onto that.
Whoa. After only 2 days of this I feel really good!! So I went online and found a blog by the American Sports Fitness Association that talks about doing the 2 types of practice together. Very enlightening and seems the combo is a really beneficial one.
