Hello Everyone…
I recently have been told I need to role back my lunch break at work by 15 minutes…I really rely on my yoga to keep me mobile at work. I am a strong advanced student but predominantly intermediate…What are some of your favourite shorter vids (the 30 min zone)?
Also, I would love to see more, shorter intermediate videos that can be banged out on a tight timeline…I get that it takes time to get up to maximum flexibility but still hopeful its achievable…All over stretching feels so good and keeps me able to do my job
It’s a good point about lunchtime slots though. I wonder whether it would be better to have the durations set at 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 mins. a lot of people only have 30 min lunch breaks, so it can be difficult to go through loads of classes that are between the 20 - 40 min range.
