I did it!! I finished the six week absolute beginner’s program…bum knee and all! Thanks team for getting me through those hard knee spots!. I am tackling the ongoing beginner’s program as I think that was the next place to go…correct?
Yes, that’s one direction you can go. You can also consider Guy’s 14-Day Challenge or our Be Strong and Flexible 30-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge. Both of these have daily classes, but you don’t need to follow it precisely - you can take days off when needed.
