Using my breath for transitions during the day. Cooking with fresh food - fruits and vegetables nourish with vitality.

I love that idea of using the breath for transitions during the day. I just might steal that as a practice for a bit.
For me, good fresh food definitely nourishes. And if I can prepare and eat it mindfully…bonus!

I think that getting enough rest is essential for nourishment of the body as well as the spirit. I feel so much better after 7 hours of sleep than when I get less.

Just wanted to send a thank you out to Julia and DYWM for the past month’s topic. All of her special nourishment-focused classes, the recipes (I have made two of the three!), the blog, the IG session were all so very appreciated!
