I love Rise and Shine because I only have a short window of time between dropping my kid off at school and heading to work. More 45-60 minute classes with the intensity and quick start of Rise and Shine would be greatly appreciated!

Totally agree. This is my all time favorite class. I love having 35-45 min classes with this type of flow. I am a busy school teacher and appreciate how Fiji combines a fast paced flow with mindfulness that still focuses on having proper form. I find most power flows skip proper alignment and form which feel rushed and can be possibly dangerous. Fiji is such am amazing educator!!!
