Hi i am 69 year old male looking to try yoga i have signed up for a 6 week 1day a week beginners course and have just found this site. I intend to do the course to help understand the yoga asanas.I hope the class is not all youg ladies who are all slim and flexible. I hope to become more flexible to help my golf.

What 6 week course are you doing? It’s a good goal to set, to become more flexible to improve your golf game! I imagine it will also be a good way to avoid injury, since golfing is sport that involves a repetitive movement.
