I noticed the program Yoga for Core Strength and Stability is done on alternate days… It is okay to do the program each day instead of skipping a day? Or should I repeat each class twice in a row? I am trying to train myself to practice daily and have been at least 6 days a week now for two weeks. I don’t want to break that pattern just yet.
Absolutely, you can do the classes daily. The schedule is simply a suggestion.
