Hi, for beginners - is morning or evening better to practice?
It’s entirely up to you! Some prefer the morning, some the evening. Go with what works for you.
As David said! But I’ll add to it - I think you can choose practices that suit the time of the day you are practicing. For example, some of the classes have names such as “morning wake-up” or “stretching for bedtime”, or even “mid-day energetic pick-up”.
I actually prefer the evening. I have something to look forward to during the day, and it’s also an excellent reason to finally turn the computer off!
