Hi can anyone recommend any specific classes that don’t involve the lower body. I’ve incurred a stress fracture on the to of my tibia and can’t put any stress on it but want to continue having a solid work out, physio has said no to full extension or any pressure. I’m usually intermediate level 2-3. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi Rachel, We are looking to add more dynamic chair yoga classes for people with injures. For now I found this class
David has a lot of seated/mostly seated classes- particularly the older ones.
