I’m wondering if this is why I’m having problems. I never had this happen before, but my screen constantly freezes up now. I have tried using different devices. I’ve also tried my phone, my kindle, and my laptop. It doesn’t seem to matter! I’ve also tried my home internet and my mobile data. No difference. I believe it must be your platform. Very frustrating! I tried the sciatic one, release the neck, chair yoga for the lower body, and a 7 day challenge for beginners. The screen shows an ‘error’ message when it freezes.
